NetEnt Continues Expanding, Enters Bulgaria

After setting foot on the Mexican regulated iGaming market, Swedish casino software developer NetEnt has continued its growth campaign by expanding its reach to Bulgaria and their own regulated gambling market. This was made possible via a content distribution contract with National Lottery Bulgaria. As a result, a bunch of NetEnt’s most famous online slots have made their way to the lottery’s website, thus making them available to all Bulgarian players.
NetEnt made this move as a part of their ongoing international expansion plan, which involves entering a high number of markets that have the potential to become highly lucrative – with Bulgaria being one of them.
The campaign has been highly successful so far, with NetEnt now supplying their acclaimed casino software to many countries all over the world. Enrico Bradamante, Managing Director of NetEnt, announced that the company is very happy to be able to present their games to the Bulgarian market.
National Lottery Bulgaria is one of the country’s leaders in retail gambling, with scratch cards being its main product. Up until recently, the Bulgarian regulated market was not quite accessible to international operators. However, with the recent changes in the regulation law, the market is far more open to companies like NetEnt, and many of them were quick to jump on that train. Demand for modern online casino games and other gambling products in Bulgaria has been growing strong, and National Lottery has decided to satiate it with NetEnt’s slots, as part of its own growth campaign.
The CEO of National Lottery Bulgaria, Milen Ganev, commented on the deal, stating that the company sees NetEnt as a stable partner and that their game portfolio matches the concept the Lottery has for their online gambling venture.
As of now, the National Lottery’s website’s casino games selection is provided exclusively by the Swedish developer. There, you can play 19 of NetEnt’s best slot games such as Hook’s Heroes, Twin Spin, Jimi Hendrix, Dazzle Me and Dracula, as well as European Roulette. All of the games are available in both real money and demo mode while 13 out of them also have a mobile-friendly version.
